These terms cover your use of sylviaesol.art, the website of Sylviaesol Art LLC, a mural studio based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. By using the site you agree to them.

What this site is

This site shows Sylvia Hecht’s mural work and lets you ask about commissioning a mural. It is a portfolio and a way to start a conversation. It is not a store, and nothing on it is an offer that becomes a contract on its own.

Inquiries and commissions

Sending an inquiry through the contact form does not create an agreement or reserve dates. Every mural commission is governed by its own written agreement between you and Sylviaesol Art LLC, which sets out scope, price, schedule, deposit, and payment terms. Where these terms and that agreement differ, the agreement controls.

Artwork and images

The murals, photographs, sketches, and text on this site belong to Sylvia Hecht and Sylviaesol Art LLC unless another owner is credited. You are welcome to view the site and share links to it. Copying, reproducing, selling, or otherwise using the images or artwork requires written permission. Client names and logos belong to those clients.

Accuracy

We keep the site current in good faith, but we do not promise that every detail (dates, dimensions, availability) is complete or free of error. The site is provided as is.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sylviaesol Art LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content.

The site links to other services such as Instagram, Behance, LinkedIn, and Google. Their own terms apply on those sites.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Minnesota law governs.
