This page explains what information sylviaesol.art collects when you visit, and why.

What we collect

  • We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use this site, pages viewed, general location, device type, and how you arrived here (for example, a search engine or social link). We also track when a visitor clicks a phone number or email link, so we know that click happened.
  • We use Microsoft Clarity, which records anonymized playback of how visitors move through and interact with the site (clicks, scrolling, page navigation). Clarity does not identify you by name.
  • If you fill out the contact form, we collect what you enter, your name, contact details, and project information, so we can respond to your inquiry. Submissions are captured by Netlify Forms (the service that hosts this site) and relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit. We also record basic technical details about how you found the page (referring site, landing page, and any campaign tags in the link), so we know what’s working.
  • The site loads a Google Ads tag. When the contact form is submitted, it tells Google Ads that an inquiry happened, so ads that lead to real inquiries can be measured. It does not send the contents of your form to Google Ads.

Why we collect it

To understand what visitors are looking for, respond to inquiries, and see which pages and sources of traffic are actually leading to real conversations about mural work. Nothing collected here is used for anything beyond running and improving this site and this business.

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade visitor or contact information to anyone. We do not share form submissions with third parties except the service providers that operate the tools above (Google, Microsoft, Netlify, FormSubmit), strictly to deliver those tools.

Cookies and local storage

Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Clarity use cookies or similar local storage to do the above. Most browsers let you block or clear these; blocking them will not affect your ability to use the site, though it will limit what we can learn from your visit.
