Sanctuary, in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin depicts two sandhill cranes soaring above a tranquil wetland. Created for the Oxbow Hotel artist residency 2021, this mural was designed to celebrate the successful conservation efforts that have helped this once endangered bird to return to the sky.

Made possible through a Downtown Enhancement grant from The Pablo Group and the city of Eau Claire.

Sanctuary received Best New Mural from Volume One and Best Glow Up from Downtown Eau Claire, both in 2021.
